Due to continued growth, we’re on the lookout for an experienced Recruitment Consultant to join our high-performing team.
This is a full-time role based in our new South Bank office. With a strong emphasis on relationships and delivery, we work with a diverse portfolio of clients — from Tier 1 organisations to niche specialist firms — and have a solid pipeline of ongoing work.

Responsibilities:
End-to-End technical contract and permanent recruitment of white-collar and blue-collar roles, including advertising, sourcing, searching, and interviewing
Developing talent acquisition strategies and identifying new business opportunities within the Technical, Engineering and Construction sectors
Positively promoting, marketing, and communicating the Gravity Resources brand and our core values to various stakeholders
Actively building and maintaining relationships with Clients, contractors and candidates
Presenting a variety of reports on the Resourcing business, including opportunities, revenue, and other key items

SKILLS, QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE
Experienced in recruitment, either in an internal or external (agency) capacity
Exposure to sourcing both Permanent and Contracting roles
Problem solving ability, with strong attention to detail and organisational skills
Excellent communication skills and a dedication to quality
Able to collaborate and work well with a performing team
Self-motivated with a thirst for results and success
