Employee Relations Representative
Join a major industrial construction project as an Employee Relations Representative, where you’ll play a key role in driving positive workforce outcomes and ensuring compliance with industrial agreements and legislation.
Key responsibilities:
Provide advice on employment legislation and project agreements
Support supervisors, craft professionals, and unions on-site
Manage case work, resolve disputes, and coordinate workforce relations activities
Assist with rostering, leave, and workforce services queries
Contribute to site safety, inductions, and compliance programs
Required skillset:
Strong background in employee/industrial relations within construction or large projects
8+ years’ experience in HR, ER/IR, or workforce services
Tertiary qualification in HR/IR (preferred)
Excellent communication, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills
Right to work in Australia
