Cranes, Scaffold & Rigging Coordinator

ROLE OVERVIEW 

We are currently seeking a Cranes, Rigging & Scaffold Coordinator to join our team
and support maintenance and shutdown programs with one of the world’s biggest
mining companies.  

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Supervise subcontractors in coordinating all rigging, scaffolding and lifting activities
• Review, assist with the development of, and approve work packs
• Coach for effective toolbox meetings
• Provide a safe working environment and ensure compliance to policies and
  procedures
• Lead and embed the safety interaction, CRM and PTHA processes with your team
• Facilitate an accurate schedule and drive scheduled compliance & time
  confirmations
• Ensure work packs are updated for continuous improvement, completed and
  returned for processing
• Complete Pre and Post Shutdown activities

SKILLS, QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE

• Experience working in a Supervisor role
• Relevant experience in crane, rigging & scaffold operations
• Must process relevant High Risk Work Licence with CO competency
• Experience working on Construction, Mining or Oil & Gas projects
• Dedicated and strong commitment to HSE
• Strong leadership and people management skills
