An exciting opportunity exists for an experienced Contracts Administrator to join a client-side capital projects team supporting the delivery of a large portfolio of sustaining capital works.
Working on a 4 days on / 3 days off roster, you'll play a key role in administering contracts, managing documentation and supporting project teams throughout the project lifecycle.
About the Role
Working alongside Project Managers and procurement personnel, you will assist with contract administration, variations, progress claims and contractor performance across multiple projects.
Key Responsibilities
- Administer construction and service contracts.
- Prepare and manage contract documentation.
- Review progress claims, variations and contract changes.
- Monitor contractor compliance and deliverables.
- Support procurement and tender evaluation activities.
- Maintain accurate contract records and reporting.
- Liaise with project teams and contractors throughout project delivery.
About You
You will bring:
- Experience as a Contracts Administrator within mining, construction, infrastructure or heavy industry.
- Strong understanding of contract administration principles.
- Excellent organisational and document management skills.
- High attention to detail.
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a project environment.
Requirements
- Relevant qualifications or equivalent industry experience.
- Current Driver's Licence.
- Australian working rights.
- Experience supporting capital or construction projects.
