Civil Supervisor

We are seeking an experienced Civil Supervisor to join a client-side capital projects team delivering a range of sustaining capital and infrastructure projects within an operating mine.

Working a 4 days on / 3 days off roster, you will supervise civil contractors and ensure projects are delivered safely, efficiently and to a high standard.

About the Role

This role is focused on site execution and contractor management across multiple concurrent civil works. You'll work closely with Project Managers to coordinate construction activities while maintaining strong safety and quality outcomes.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise civil construction contractors on site.
• Coordinate daily work activities and site resources.
• Monitor project progress against schedule and budget.
• Ensure compliance with safety, environmental and quality standards.
• Participate in planning meetings and site inspections.
• Assist with project reporting and contractor performance.
• Promote safe work practices and continuous improvement.

About You

You will bring:

• Previous experience supervising civil construction projects.
• Mining, heavy industrial or infrastructure project experience.
• Strong knowledge of earthworks, concrete and civil construction activities.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills.
• Ability to coordinate multiple contractors simultaneously.
• Strong commitment to safety and quality.

Requirements

• Current Driver's Licence.
• Construction White Card.
• Australian working rights.
• Previous site-based supervisory experience.
