Gravity Resources is seeking an experienced Branch Coordinator to support the Gladstone operations of an established industrial business servicing customers across the resources, construction and heavy industry sectors.
This is a hands-on operational role with responsibility for coordinating the day-to-day activities of the branch, including warehouse and distribution operations, inventory, purchasing, customer requirements and general branch administration.
We are open to candidates who have experience across branch operations, warehousing, logistics, customer service or industrial supply, and are ready to take on broader responsibility within a small branch environment.
The successful person will need to be comfortable working within a technical product environment and able to pick up new products, systems and processes quickly.
A big part of the role will be keeping the day-to-day operation organised, making sure customer and stock requirements are being met, and working closely with management to identify and implement practical improvements.
While this isn't a sales-focused position, you will have regular interaction with existing customers and need to be comfortable representing the business and building relationships.
For the right person, there is a genuine opportunity to develop into the Branch Manager role as you build your knowledge of the business, customers and overall branch operation.
